- Production Resource Coordination: Coordinate production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- OTD and Quality Deliveries: Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and quality deliveries to customers, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- ERP Experience: Possess experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- MS Office Skills: Possess good MS Office skills to effectively manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Post-Secondary Education: Hold a post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- PMP Designation: Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, an asset.
- Lean and CI Training and Experience: Possess lean and continuous improvement (CI) training and experience to effectively manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Program Management/Value Stream Leader Experience: Possess experience in program management or value stream leadership, including contract administration and production planning.
- Aerospace Industry Experience: Possess experience in the aerospace industry, an asset.
