Role Overview

As we expand, we seek a driven, strategic Head of Product Marketing to spearhead our product marketing initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this role entails crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, developing impactful product messaging, and enhancing customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SaaS product marketing, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in executing successful product launches and creating effective sales enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market needs.
  • Ensuring excellence in product launches by coordinating cross-departmental teams, managing schedules, and guaranteeing flawless execution of all launch activities.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to create and deliver training, tools, and resources that empower them to effectively market and sell Rewind's offerings.
  • Developing clear and persuasive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target demographics and distinguish Rewind in the marketplace.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and industry trends, leveraging insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Partnering closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and impactful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing the production of marketing materials, including sales enablement resources, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog content, as well as marketplace listings and website product pages.
  • Monitoring and evaluating product campaign performance to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Leading and mentoring the Product Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment while providing guidance to help team members reach their professional objectives.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and regularly updating senior leadership on progress, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and meet business goals.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, particularly within B2B SaaS environments, and a demonstrated history of successful product launches and marketing initiatives. A background in technology, particularly in the security sector, is preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
