Role Overview: Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis, the Financial Analysis Expert is instrumental in ensuring the success of our monthly and quarterly financial deliverables.

This position encompasses a wide array of business functions and necessitates collaboration through a robust network of relationships within Group Finance and across various Operating Segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce comprehensive management reports and conduct thorough analysis of financial outcomes.
  • Support Finance Transformation initiatives, including report automation and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the Management Reporting team’s efforts in developing and executing strategic plans for Group Finance.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data and reconciliations.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary while engaging in discussions with diverse teams.
  • Develop reports and analyses to address ad-hoc inquiries on various topics.
  • Participate in operational improvement initiatives and special projects aimed at advancing service excellence.
  • Identify and implement continuous financial process improvements to enhance the timeliness and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Assist in analyzing workflow processes and establishing new procedures to streamline operations.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service by promoting a client-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or business management, with a recognized accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA is advantageous).
  • Approximately 5 years of progressive experience in Finance within a large multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly MS Excel and Power BI, with a quick learning ability for new software.
  • Familiarity with Essbase/Smartview and Infor (or other enterprise finance applications) is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with a proven ability to manage internal relationships effectively.
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to quality.
