About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial information and analysis to support executive decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts for new and existing lines of business to support QFG's annual budget and forecast, and long-term plans
  • Develop business cases to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and enterprise decisions
  • Prepare communications and presentation materials for the senior leadership team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to obtain key inputs and research for financial modeling
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to develop sound assumptions that support the drivers and inputs of the financial models
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, make-or-buy decisions, breakeven analysis, market/competitive sizing, management reporting asks, etc.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
  • CPA and/or CFA designation
  • 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A/Forecasting, with at least 2 years at a leadership level
  • Exceptional Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slide skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to translate complex business and initiatives into quantitative models
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with strong problem-solving skills
  • Natural collaborator that excels at building relationships and consensus

Additional Considerations

  • Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS experience
  • Financial/investment industry experience
