Job Summary

Questrade Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial information and analysis to support executive decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain all financial forecasts, including short-term and long-term plans
  • Develop business cases to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and enterprise decisions
  • Prepare communications and presentation materials for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to obtain key inputs and research for financial modeling
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to develop sound assumptions for financial models
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and breakeven analysis

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • CPA and/or CFA designation
  • 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A/Forecasting, with at least 2 years at a leadership level
  • Exceptional Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Advanced PowerPoint/Google Slide skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate complex business initiatives into quantitative models
