Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Smuggler's Cove Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.
