Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Smuggler's Cove Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and points of interest.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and inventory.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
