Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, resolve complaints and claims, and offer general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide customer service.
