Sales and Business Development Manager

Avenue Living Asset Management, Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of exempt market securities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an inside sales and business development strategy to generate leads and drive sales of exempt market securities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through research, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospective clients on our offerings and the benefits of investing in exempt market securities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay informed of market trends and network with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Mutual Fund or Exempt Market landscape and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage.
