About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling production printing equipment and related materials, consumables, and supplies across the Greater Toronto Area and Canada. You will primarily be selling to small to medium-sized businesses, with a focus on new business development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell production printing equipment and related materials, consumables, and supplies to small to medium-sized businesses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
- Minimum 1-2 years of printing-related sales experience selling similar equipment or print-related services
- Strong understanding of the printing industry and its products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Intermediate Excel skills and basic PowerPoint skills
