Position Overview

As an Executive Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at St. Helen's Meat Packers Limited. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing daily tasks and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee and manage daily office functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meetings and appointments for staff.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and manage office supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Reception Duties: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Proficiency: English is the primary working language.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
