About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Eagle Shunt Service Ltd. as an Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare minutes as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
