Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's decision-making processes.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization of our workspace.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of projects and programs.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness to our employees to create a welcoming work environment for all.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
