Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation to maintain efficient operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns to enhance their dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports regarding operational performance.
  • Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the chef to streamline kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the restaurant's culinary specialties.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Coordination: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
