About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our DevOps team in Canada. As a key member of our IT feature team, you will provide technical and functional support for our trading and risk analysts based in New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our applications used by trading and risk analysts
  • Work closely with the Dev team to provide the best services to our traders and help avoid or fix major incidents in production
  • Perform morning and evening checks to ensure Production is stable before financial markets open
  • Develop and implement automation using Elasticsearch/Kibana, Scripting, Bots, Autosys, etc.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners in the United States
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an application support analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
  • Track record of delivering continual improvements & automations
  • Basic level of coding ability, including writing SQL queries and passing a basic coding game
  • Proficiency in French and English
