Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent professional to join our global IT team as a Financial Applications Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide advanced user support to finance teams utilizing Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS. Your responsibilities will encompass configuring and customizing the platform, assisting in the deployment of Oracle NetSuite across various countries, and creating comprehensive documentation for end users on financial processes and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert user support to Latin American finance teams utilizing Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS.
  • Configure and customize the Oracle NetSuite/LatamReady SaaS platform to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate in the deployment of Oracle NetSuite and new features across multiple countries, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
  • Develop clear and concise end-user documentation on financial processes and system functionality within Oracle NetSuite.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including spreadsheets, CSV files, and SQL databases.
  • Integrate third-party software components and programs with the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing software applications to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • A professional background in computer science, IT, or finance is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in support or implementation roles within a software environment.
  • Proven experience working with Oracle NetSuite is mandatory.
  • Practical experience as a software application analyst, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of finance and corporate accounting principles.
  • Experience providing end-user support through ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for basic ETL tasks.
  • Desired knowledge of C# and web technologies (HTML/JS/CSS).
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and modern SharePoint development is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills (Advanced level).
