Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GILL & COMPANY INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings with clients and colleagues.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technology: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and other software to perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
