Digital Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at Solidifi Title & Closing LLC. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our platform and ensuring that it meets the needs of our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements, technical specifications, and working closely with cross-disciplinary staff to execute the delivery of platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal teams to understand business goals and objectives, and to identify opportunities for product development.
- Product Requirements: Gather and prioritize product requirements, technical specifications, and work closely with cross-disciplinary staff to execute the delivery of platform enhancements.
- Product Delivery Plans: Generate product delivery plans in concert with project managers and internal stakeholders that consider relevant customer requirements and future initiatives.
- Technical Product Requirements: Define and document technical product requirements for platform features.
- Agile Development: Serve as the Technical Product Owner on Agile/SCRUM development teams, managing the product backlog, including prioritization and management of solutions.
- Project Management: Proactively identify and resolve both strategic and tactical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals.
- Communication: Provide input to functional teams on resource negotiation, managing workload, and setting schedule.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis relative to feature sets, underlying technology, product workflow, usability, etc. to establish differentiation and feature/benefit statements.
- Reporting: Provide written status reports to senior management regarding project status, task, and issues/risks.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent, Computer Science degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years managing, defining and building SaaS based products.
- Technical Skills: Technical knowledge in the areas of SaaS based systems, preferably transaction platforms, web service protocols (REST, SOAP), databases (MySQL), database UI tools, and various communication protocols.
- Agile Development: Fluent in Agile development practices.
- Communication: Strong communication, client facing and presentation skills using PowerPoint & BI tools (e.g. Looker).
- Problem Solving: A problem solver with a passion for designing simple, intuitive user experiences.
