Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Aviva's business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, designers, and testers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for our products.
- Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and development opportunities to junior product managers to help them grow in their careers.
- Expert Product Management: Proven experience in product management with a strong understanding of product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Communication and Coaching: Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior product managers.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $87,400 to $162,400, depending on experience.
