Job Summary

MOUNT'S PEAK SECURITY LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team Members
    • Direct and supervise the activities of security team members to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Train and Develop Security Team Members
    • Provide training and guidance to security team members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security team members.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures
    • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Monitor and adjust work schedules and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist Clients and Guests with Special Needs
    • Provide assistance and support to clients and guests with special needs, such as disabilities or language barriers.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that clients and guests receive the necessary support and accommodations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Security Guard License
Work Environment

MOUNT'S PEAK SECURITY LTD. is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. As a Security Supervisor, you will be working in a variety of locations, including indoors and outdoors, and may be required to work in a noisy environment.

Physical Demands

The Security Supervisor position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
