Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot client workstations and associated equipment (both hardware and software).
- Provide direct support, maintenance, and problem resolution on-site.

- Collaborate with the remote support team to address client issues effectively.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
