Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 832069 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of 1-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints, providing solutions, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
