Customer Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Customer Operations Admin Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling all inbound and outbound documentation. This includes receiving and processing checks, managing daily deposits, and preparing and couriering VCCI checks to vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and identify all checks to ensure correct account association and prepare, sort, and process daily deposits.
- Open, sort, and scan inbound mail, including funding and transfer of equity packages, and archive documents in our system of record.
- Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts.
- Print, prepare, and courier outbound mail initiated by Customer Operations and Customer Advocacy groups.
- Support Customer Operations with administrative daily tasks, including managing inboxes for various departments.
Requirements:
- College diploma (DCS/DEC) or university degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience with administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (French and English).
- Attention to detail.
