We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the President's Office at IDRC - CRDI. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the President's Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the President's agenda and calendar, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate the President's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
- Provide administrative support to the President, including responding to correspondence, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze information required for decision-making, and provide recommendations to the President and other senior officials.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration or public administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in support of a senior official in the public, private, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Advanced skills in using digital tools, such as relationship management, budgeting, and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of and/or interest in the Centre's mission and work as it relates to international development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
