- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, contracts, and other important documents.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communication and organizational skills.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
