Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IBII Construction Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
