Job Title: Restaurant Cook

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at REDSWAN PIZZA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer demands.
  • Food Safety: Ensure all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
