Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Teamwork: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
