Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to educate customers on the benefits of our precious metals.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
  • Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Personality: Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
