Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. This includes maintaining and developing relationships with customers, welcoming them to the store, educating and answering their queries, and following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer dynamics, using this knowledge to drive sales and achieve goals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury goods industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or a related field is an asset
  • Previous experience in the luxury watch and jewelry industry is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of customer and market dynamics, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and energetic personality
