Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Showroom Host to join our Front Office Team. As a Showroom Host, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, engaging with clients, and ensuring their individual needs are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively approach and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding services and products, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate department, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Arrange client appointments for sales and after-care service, optimizing client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to achieve individual and team-based objectives.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment, prioritizing satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management is an asset.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury retail or fine hospitality is preferred.
  • Lifelong learners with strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
