Position Overview: We are in search of a passionate Luxury Retail Showroom Ambassador to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating an exceptional experience for our clients. A solid foundation in client relations coupled with outstanding communication abilities will be essential for success in this position. As a Showroom Ambassador, you will be an integral member of the Front Office Team, adeptly addressing a diverse range of client inquiries to ensure optimal satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with and assist customers, adhering to the Raffi Jewellers philosophy of customer excellence; ensuring that client needs are always prioritized.
  • Respond to inquiries via digital platforms, phone, and in-person regarding our products and services.
  • Welcome clients and ensure their specific requirements are met.
  • Guide and seat clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule client appointments for sales consultations and aftercare services.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet individual and team performance objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, administrative staff, and relevant departments.
  • Promote an environment where client satisfaction and retention are paramount.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college program in front desk operations or hospitality management is advantageous.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the luxury retail or fine hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, with strong critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
