About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding commercial targets through exceptional clienteling and sales skills.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Drive business through key product pillars, identifying innovative ways to grow your business through delivering elevated client experiences.
- Connect with clients to 'style them,' fostering a clienteling culture and encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with clients, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to non-traditional hours.
- Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
Preferred Qualifications
- College/university degree.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
