Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in a consumer packaged goods or retail organization, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
