About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Deeleeo Inc. as a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct thorough performance reviews to assess employee growth and development.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and effectively communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Policy Development: Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Operations Management: Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Event Management: Manage events to promote products and services.Technical Requirements
    • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.Area of Specialization
      • E-commerce: Expertise in e-commerce strategies and practices.
      • Sales: Proven sales leadership and management skills.
      • Work Arrangement: Permanent position.
      • Language: English.
      • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
