Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and inspiring leaders to oversee the successful operation of our restaurant. As a pivotal member of our management team, you will embody our company values and foster a positive environment for both staff and guests. Your role will encompass all facets of restaurant management, including coaching culinary and service teams, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a safe and fulfilling workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations effectively. Collaborate with regional management to influence financial performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to both full-time and part-time employees. Conduct recruitment and selection of new team members. Organize and oversee employee scheduling. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate priorities and responsibilities clearly at the start of each shift. Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities aligned with our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching. Address challenges proactively while supporting team dynamics.Qualifications
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is preferred. Certification in Standard First Aid and Food Handling is an asset. Smart Serve Certification is required. Ability to maintain an active and engaging presence throughout shifts.
