About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at FoluOs Law Office. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; send and receive messages.
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks; compile data, statistics, and other information; provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Office Maintenance: Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing; order office supplies and maintain inventory; store, update, and retrieve financial data.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, hardworking, integrity, quick learner, time management, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
