Key Responsibilities:

The Community Support Worker provides and facilitates program opportunities that are conducive to the individual's life skill development, community inclusion, and independence.

Supports the individual's vocational goals and promotes skill growth toward gainful employment if so desired by the individual.

Essential Skills:

Must hold a valid class 5 (or better) driver's license - driver's abstract required.
