Role Summary
Under the guidance of the Client Service Manager, this pivotal role focuses on resource management and strategic scheduling tailored to the Client Service Manager's portfolio within our Kingston Branch. This position collaborates closely with Paladin's Client Service Managers to proactively identify resource requirements, fill vacant shifts, and minimize overtime through strategic measures, while also assisting our security personnel by efficiently processing online ticket requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and address open shifts and lines, collaborating with Paladin's Client Service team to ensure comprehensive schedules that meet our contractual commitments.
- Disseminate existing schedules using Paladin's scheduling software, ensuring that Security Officers are informed of their schedules well in advance.
- Engage within a dynamic team setting, liaising with various operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, Senior Management, and our Operations Centre.
- Manage cancellations and openings in the daily schedule.
- Coordinate with designated Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing requirements are met proactively.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, which includes site visits, ongoing training, and maintaining a close relationship with management.
- Play a significant role in Paladin's deployment processes.
- Ensure weekly billing accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Paladin's TEAM software for precise and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll management.
