Role Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Client Service Manager, this pivotal role focuses on resource management and effective scheduling tailored to the Client Service Manager's portfolio. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Paladin's Client Service Managers to proactively identify resource requirements, fill vacancies, and minimize overtime through strategic initiatives. Additionally, this role will support security personnel by efficiently processing online ticket submissions.

  • Identify and address open shifts and lines, ensuring comprehensive schedules that meet contractual commitments.
  • Disseminate existing schedules using Paladin's scheduling software to keep security personnel informed of their upcoming shifts.
  • Engage with a dynamic team, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, Senior Management, and the Operations Centre.
  • Manage cancellations and openings in the daily schedule effectively.
  • Collaborate with designated Client Service Managers to meet and anticipate their staffing requirements.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios through site visits and training.
  • Play a significant role in the deployment process within Paladin.
  • Ensure weekly billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Paladin's TEAM software for precise scheduling, billing, and payroll management.

  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines with flexibility in time management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with a willingness to learn Paladin's Enterprise software.
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision is advantageous.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours.
