Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant - Immigration Consulting

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team of immigration consultants, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Data Entry: Enter client data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of immigration consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload. You will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail. You will also work with minimal supervision, requiring strong autonomy and self-motivation.
