Job Title: Unit Supervisor

Crafty Ramen Market Inc. is seeking a skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
