Unit Supervisor

Crafty Ramen Market Inc. is seeking a skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of our delicious ramen dishes.
Responsibilities:- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and maintain accurate records.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Crafty Ramen Market Inc. is a fast-paced food service establishment with a noisy, wet/damp, and hot work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors and be physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Term:This is a permanent position, with a 40-hour workweek.
