Unit Supervisor

Crafty Ramen Market Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented to a high standard.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit reports on food preparation, service, and inventory management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physically demanding, with a high level of energy and stamina required.
