Job Title: Unit Supervisor

Crafty Ramen Market Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet production demands.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, sales, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods and performing tasks that require physical stamina.
Language:
