* Oversee and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols
* Provide support to managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and documentation
* Implement and maintain HR best practices throughout the group
* Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of HR experience
* In-depth knowledge of employment and human rights legislation
* Proven people influencing and leadership ability
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
