Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Trotman Auto Group. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding, compensation administration, and employee relations
  • Provide support with performance management, employee communications, and benefits administration
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research and analysis on competitive compensation practices
  • Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment and human rights legislation
  • Proven people influencing and leadership ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
