We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a high-performing workforce that drives business success.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent, as well as develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist or a related role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
