About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Management

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

Employee Relations and Communications

Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, address employee concerns, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Performance Management and Development

Develop and implement performance management systems, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Benefits and Compensation

Design and administer benefits and compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

HR Analytics and Reporting

Collect and analyze HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be proficient in English.
