Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French.
